AI systems and automation tools involve inherent variability. The company does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, cost savings, or performance metrics unless expressly stated in signed agreements.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Expert Impact from claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of services.
Both parties maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary or sensitive information shared during service engagements. This obligation survives termination.
The company may suspend or terminate website or service access for Term breaches. Professional service termination is governed by applicable service agreements. Surviving provisions include intellectual property, limitation of liability, and confidentiality.
